May I ask what other types of training are required for safety training in chemical plants, in addition to the three-level onboarding training? Are there any legal or regulatory requirements in this regard?
It is recommended that the poster check the safety regulations here: http://bbs.hcbbs.com/thread-1403031-1-1.html. Among them are: 12. Measures for the Management of Safety Production Training / Order No. 44 issued by the State Administration of Work Safety (2012) / 2012-1-29 / http://bbs.hcbbs.com/thread-990771-1-1.html (Amended; see Order No. 80 issued by the State Administration of Work Safety (2015))

Excluding external training for personnel in special occupations, new employees entering the factory undergo a three-level training program totaling 72 hours. To pass the assessment, on-the-job employees must undergo annual retraining of 20 class hours. Employees who are to change roles or leave their positions must pass assessments; secondary training at the workshop and team levels also requires successful assessment. For this purpose, one can refer to Order No. 3 issued by the State Administration of Work Safety. A training plan should include: the trainees, the training content, the training duration, the training location, the number of training hours, the organizing unit, the instructors, and the costs associated with the training. It is also necessary to indicate whether there will be an exam. (People in different positions should receive different training content, and the organizations responsible for providing such training may also vary.) Training plans are generally developed at the beginning of the year, after which they are implemented according to those plans. If there are any changes, they need to be made. A good plan should be clear at a glance for frontline employees. Know when to learn what. And the regulatory authorities can also easily monitor the implementation of this training program
What was said upstairs is quite comprehensive; in accordance with safety standard requirements, all training sessions must include examinations and records must be kept!
The three-level entry requirements are necessary; otherwise, things like safety standardization become very troublesome~
