Can the tracks of a manual hoist be welded under the utility tunnel beam?

Due to production needs, it is necessary to add manual hoists. As space is limited, we are considering welding the track beams under the crossbeams of the pipe gallery (assuming that the load capacity of the pipe gallery permits it). Is this a proper approach?
Electrical appliances should be explosion-proof; there’s nothing wrong with that, as long as it doesn’t cause any problems.
This is possible; I’ve seen many such cases in person.
This is generally not done, after all, there are height requirements for the bottom of the duct tunnel. There is also the risk of leakage from corrosive substances. Explosion-proof electric hoists are expensive.
