To establish the preliminary organizational structure, a preliminary working group composed of professionals from areas such as administration, human resources, logistics, finance, safety, process engineering, equipment, civil engineering, instrumentation, and electrical engineering should be formed. In the case of a turnkey contract, these professionals should be able to handle the preliminary feasibility studies, negotiations regarding the process packages, and the basic design phases without any issues.
The proposed natural gas project is currently in a very early stage. It is of course the evaluation phase for accurate project forecasting, fundraising, site selection, etc. First, communicate with the design firm to understand the general situation, and then establish a project team based on one’s own actual conditions; this team should have capabilities in coal-to-gas production processes, finance, and public relations.
