Proficient in the basic knowledge of automated instrumentation, familiar with the operating conditions and installation methods of various types of instruments, and skilled in using AUTOCAD and OFFICE software ； 2. More than 3 years of work experience in automation instrumentation technology ； 3. Able to adapt to work on construction sites with moderate intensity as well as business trips. 4. Possess certain negotiation skills. 5. Strong communication skills, as well as the ability to understand and express ideas clearly. 6. Able to handle a high workload. II. Job responsibilities: 1. Selection of instruments and quotation preparation, budgeting for instrument installation projects, and quotation for external components. 2. Establish and improve procurement systems and processes ； 3. Participate in the development of on-site technical plans in the early stages of a project, and be responsible for monitoring market prices as well as cost control for the project ； 4. Develop and implement procurement plans, be responsible for purchasing items for departmental projects, sign procurement contracts, and monitor order progress and delivery status ； 5. Procurement cost budgeting and control; responsible for tracking payments related to purchased products, and assisting the finance department with year-end reconciliation with suppliers ； 6. Selecting and managing qualified suppliers, as well as handling business negotiations with them ； 7. Responsible for project return management and product repair work ； 8. Responsible for the supervision and management of on-site project construction. 9. Complete other tasks assigned by the department manager. III. The key is what’s the annual salary? If the job requires a high annual salary and that isn’t attractive, even if one takes it on, they still need to consider ways to retain the employee
