How does Aspen set the alert levels for warnings?

In the process, there are some flow paths with a flow rate of zero, which causes alarms to be triggered in the related modules. These warnings have no impact on the process; I would like to set an alarm threshold so that no alarms are generated when the flow rate is zero. I’m not sure if it’s possible to set it up this way
