Why are there no tools for manually operating valves, especially gate valves? An F wrench is clearly not sufficient.
There is no need for it; the dimensions of the handwheel and valve stem during valve design are determined through calculations. The difficulty in operating the valve in actual use is due, firstly, to process-related factors such as excessive pressure differences, and Secondly, to issues related to the quality of the valve itself. One must have some understanding of the current situation of valves in the domestic market – everyone is pursuing low prices

It would certainly be better to have tools that can make the operation faster and easier; such tools already exist – I found them online – they are mounted on the valve body and driven by a portable pneumatic head. Actually, I designed a more elegant solution,,,

Hello, if you want to open the gate valve with less effort, you can use one with bevel gears; it’s not expensive either, and it still operates manually! !
A reduction gearbox is indeed a solution, but it’s not possible to install one on every valve.

With other components added, the size of the valve itself increases and its price rises; from a cost-control perspective, such components are generally not added unless it is necessary or there is a clear demand for them
