The design pressure of the inlet buffer tank for the circulating exhaust fan is 0.1 MPa, the design temperature is 60°C, and the maximum operating pressure is 0.03 MPa. The operating pressure of the medium is currently 0.02 MPa, and the operating temperature is 80°C. What impact will this have on the buffer tanks? Can it be put into use?

When the temperature is higher than the design temperature, excessive expansion must be taken into account. Pressure might not be that important after all. But per the specifications, it is best not to exceed it.
For buffer tanks, the main considerations are the material’s temperature resistance and the degree of corrosion caused by the medium at that temperature. 80 degrees is not a high temperature, so there should be no issues with the material’s temperature resistance; it’s also necessary to check how corrosive the medium is to that material at that temperature. There shouldn’t be any problem
