Since the pump has been disassembled several times, the sealing may not be optimal; with the heat transfer oil at 255°C, leaks have caused the bearing surface temperature to reach almost 70°C. Can it hold up for a while? Components are missing...
It should be fine to maintain it for a while. As for whether it is corrosive to bearings, it should have an effect, but it’s minimal. Otherwise, the heat transfer oil pipelines will be completely corroded.
Is the oil seal in the bearing housing not providing adequate sealing? Is the heat transfer oil only leaking to the surface of the bearing housing? If the bearing lubrication is forced oil supply lubrication, I don’t think there will be any problems.
