It is necessary to increase investment in research and development to solve technical problems, raise brand awareness, and enhance a company’s competitiveness and resilience in a competitive environment. At the same time, enterprises should prioritize the operation of low-profit facilities, make rational use of idle facilities, and reduce energy consumption. In today’s business environment, the irrationalities of the financial system lead to corporate dishonesty and high debt levels, thereby increasing the burden on businesses. It is recommended that banks focus on assessing a company’s genuine core strengths, such as the return on loans, debt ratio, and project feasibility, with authenticity being the most crucial factor. The era of large-scale construction has come to an end; unnecessary construction, unnecessary production, and unnecessary energy consumption should be avoided. While companies strive for profits, safety measures must be deeply ingrained in their culture, especially when it comes to hazardous chemicals such as liquefied gas; the several explosions that occurred this year serve as a warning to these companies. Safety work should focus on prevention; strict standards must be established from the design stage, and operating procedures should be scientific. Three safeguards for detecting early signs of accidents: timely inspections, reliable combustible gas alarms, and comprehensive surveillance.
This is just the beginning; in the future, as the main operating companies place greater emphasis on advanced processing units such as alkylation, raw material resources based on tetrahydrocarbons derived from ethers will become increasingly valuable. Raw material sourcing will pose a significant challenge for local enterprises.
