May I ask: do the manufacturers of Mannheim furnaces possess the necessary design qualifications? In other words, is it necessary to conduct separate tenders? Does Hubei Zhongnong Zhongjia have three Mannheim furnaces at Hanchuan Huayi for producing potassium sulfate? The manufacturers of Mannheim furnaces are likely to be of good quality in China; design qualifications aren’t necessary – what matters most is their track record. It is usually the general contractor.
