What type of operation certificate is required to work at the vehicle loading and unloading platforms? Is a hazardous materials operation certificate sufficient? The materials handled mainly include benzene, liquid ammonia, and liquid caustic soda – are there any regulations that can be referred to?
There must be a special qualification certificate to work in this position. Loading and unloading vehicles requires technical skill.
