Is temperature and pressure compensation applied to the central oxygen?
Yes, the main oxygen pipeline, branch pipelines, central oxygen supply, and the flow meter at the syngas outlet all come equipped with temperature and pressure compensation.

Looking at the PID diagram, there don’t seem to be any temperature or pressure signals
Then doesn’t the 15–20% figure we often talk about contain a discrepancy?
Temperature is measured using the main oxygen pipeline, while pressure is measured using the oxygen branch pipeline. Is it related to whether signal lines are shown on the PID? It’s implemented by the DCS and ESD in their respective logical configurations!
It is unclear whether the DCS is configured; does the ESD only have requirements regarding the position of the central oxygen valve?
ESD generally regards the valve position requirement for the central oxygen as one of the startup conditions
Central oxygen generally accounts for 20% of the total oxygen amount. Adjusting the central oxygen level allows for temperature and pressure compensation, but the range of adjustment for central oxygen is limited. Reducing the central oxygen level affects the atomization effect; the flame becomes longer during combustion, and it is difficult to control the temperature of the furnace walls.
