What should we do in team building?
The key to team building is to establish feasible systems and manage personnel effectively. There are whole sets of books available on team management development, but the key is for them to suit the actual conditions of your organization.
Cultivate a sense of collective honor, conduct training on safety skills within teams; in external management, rely on rules, while in internal management, focus on relationships. Organize more group activities during breaks, ensure clear rewards and punishments, and encourage team leaders to take responsibility and be bold in fulfilling their duties!
Regarding team building, I believe the most important factor is the mindset of the team members; ability comes second. In team building, it is essential that everyone is united and works towards a common goal. If one person has a negative mindset or attitude, it will affect the others.
