When our team carries out operations, the operator inside the plant just needs to set the reflux control valve to a certain position; the opening degree of the valve is roughly around 30%. The procedures specified in different plants may vary.
It’s obvious that you need to check whether your compressor uses inter-stage return or outlet return. If it’s inter-stage return, then open the valves separately; if it’s outlet return, then open just that one valve
Generally, a valve position is specified, and then it is adjusted up or down as needed~~~
If the external exercises are carried out properly, by increasing the load on one side while reducing it on the other, there is generally no need for much adjustment in the internal exercises
