Previously, each workshop would report to the planning department the consumption or generation amounts of water (fresh water, circulating water, deoxygenated water, demineralized water, condensate water, heat transfer water) and gas (steam, fuel gas, nitrogen, air), while the electricity usage was reported by the electrical workshop. The measurement department also has relevant reports. There is also the amount of processing. The data obtained in the end represent a balanced state of the entire plant as planned, as well as a material balance; these data are then used to calculate the energy consumption of the equipment. ——But now with ERP and SMES systems in use, the processing volume and energy consumption are reported by the teams on a regular basis; however, they still need to be adjusted through balancing by the planning department.

There were specific conversion ratios for various types of energy and material consumption, which were used to determine the energy consumption value of the device. 2. More considerations are given to equipment wear and tear; basically, the service life and corrosion allowance are taken into account. 3. Nowadays, MES systems are used for management in all devices!
