Classification of pressure pipelines

I recently went through the registration process for the use of pressure pipelines, and there is one issue I’m not quite clear about. Industrial pipelines are divided into process pipelines, power pipelines, and refrigeration pipelines. So how is it specifically divided?
ASME B13.1 Power Piping: Typically refers to piping in power plants, industrial facilities and utility power plants, geothermal systems, as well as centralized and zoned heating and cooling systems. ASME B31.3 Process Piping: Typically refers to piping in refineries, chemical plants, pharmaceutical facilities, textile industries, semiconductor plants, and refrigeration units, as well as related process equipment and end devices.
For registration of use, it shall be submitted in accordance with the classification standards set by the Bureau of Technology and Standards.
