Could someone kind please suggest where I can find good simulations of sulfuric acid production systems for use in operator training? These simulations should cover the processes of producing sulfuric acid from sulfur and pyrite, as well as through smelting. It can be developed by universities or system manufacturers; what’s important is that the simulation experience should be as realistic and effective as possible, similar to an airplane flight simulator. Thank you! !

I haven’t thought much about it; system manufacturers and large engineering firms have already done a lot in this area, but not as much in terms of sulfuric acid.
Something this good, even if it exists, must cost money; it’s unlikely to be given away for free
It costs money: 200,000 for the cheaper ones, and over 1 million for the more expensive ones
