Municipal waste incineration

Dear fellow sailors, I’m looking for a book on the technology involved in the incineration of household waste. It should cover topics such as pre-treatment, combustion, waste heat recovery boilers, and treatment of exhaust gases. I don’t want something that follows strict standards, as those can be too rigid. Currently, there are two books available on this topic: one was published by the Chemical Industry Press in 2000, and it’s outdated; the other was issued by the Ministry of Construction in 2009, but it contains too much unnecessary information. Is there anything better available?
Are the two books you mentioned those by Bai Liangcheng and Zhao Youcai? Zhao Youcai can no longer buy cardboard. A new edition of the Technical Manual on Solid Waste Treatment Engineering has been released by Nie Yongfeng
