I want to change jobs; I’m not sure about the prospects

Has anyone with experience worked on projects related to ethylene glycol? I’ve been thinking about quitting recently. I used to work at a design firm, but I’ve received an offer from a company involved in ethylene glycol production; I’m hesitating as to whether to accept it or not. There are basically no projects available for design institutes these days.
Changing jobs carries risks, but staying put is also uncomfortable. It’s a personal decision~
Indeed, the salary is too low if you don’t jump to another job. But it’s stable; the jump is a bit higher, though I’m a bit worried about the working environment and afraid I might not be up to the task in the new job.
It's the fourth year this year. . I feel like there’s still a lot I don’t understand, so I’m quite anxious. .

Every enterprise has its own life curve, but design firms are different; as long as they have real expertise, everything is under control. Currently, the overall environment is poor, and companies are all holding on. I hope they can calm down! Stay true to the original intention!
