If it is flameproof or of another explosion-proof type, whether that model is explosion-proof has nothing to do with the cross-sectional area of your cable
This depends on the cable manufacturer you choose, as the diameter of the cables varies from one manufacturer to another. . It is recommended that once you have chosen a manufacturer, ask them to provide you with the outer diameter dimensions of the cables of the corresponding models.

The so-called intrinsically safe cables are all fabrications; they are nothing but misinformation passed from one person to another. Theoretically, for intrinsically safe cables, attention must indeed be paid to the distributed inductance and capacitance of the cables, as these values cannot be too high; otherwise, the excessive energy stored in the cables would prevent them from forming an intrinsically safe circuit. But under normal circumstances, the cables produced by reputable cable manufacturers are of good quality, so they can be used with confidence.
