Yes, I took a look at ours; the medium-pressure steam generated in the superheating section of the converter’s flue gas has a temperature of only 370–380 degrees, with a drum pressure of 3.7 MPa. I’m not sure if this pressure is too low
370 to 380 degrees represents superheated steam; the steam temperature in the drum is around 240 degrees. It’s necessary to check whether there is a water injection cooling system in place.
Check whether the emergency cooling water is turned on; the temperature has dropped
Please provide the process parameters: has it been overheated? Check whether the depth of insertion of the thermometer is appropriate, and whether the insulation is sufficient
