Steam valves and return condensate valves often leak steam and water; it is important to spread knowledge regarding the routine maintenance of these valves as well as how to identify problems
Reasons for frequent leaks of steam and return condensate water from valves: I believe that iron particles tend to form in the steam and condensate pipes, damaging the sealing surfaces and thus causing leaks. Of course, the quality of the valves is also a factor.
