Simulation with unknown components

I am currently conducting an ASPEN computational simulation related to a sulfur recovery unit. Since the database included in ASPEN does not contain the component S8, I would like to ask the experts: before starting the actual modeling, should I 1) enter the data and information I have found regarding S8 into “REVIEW-S8”?； Or: 2, use some basic data I’ve found to have ASPEN perform property estimations for S8. But there is a problem with the latter: in subsequent modeling calculations, will ASPEN automatically use the S8 data it has already estimated? Thank you all!
