Made another silly mistake

This afternoon, it was discovered that two sets of fasteners for the same type of equipment were missing from the previous order list. This led to a series of complications: re-ordering the parts, purchasing them again, and the extended delivery time could potentially affect the shipment of the equipment… So, it has taken the whole afternoon to resolve this issue. Back when preparing the materials, I checked them myself once again, with great care, yet it still couldn’t be avoided. {:3_60:} I’m careful every time out of fear of making mistakes, but still such situations happen – what should I do?
So it’s better to have each other check the work; there are temporary mental biases when working on something by oneself
This is still due to a lack of familiarity with the business

Is there no proofreading process? Did the proofreader not notice it? Didn’t the reviewer even notice? It’s not just the designer’s responsibility, right?~
Even when we sign at level 3, there are still some errors, and then change orders are issued. . . .
The preparation of materials was done in a rather hasty manner due to tight deadlines, and only I knew how to go about it. So after I finished, I checked it once and then distributed it.
That’s right; it was just that the time available for preparation was too tight. I had confidence in what I had made, so I didn’t check it again later on. The focus is also key, right?
Things can be big or small, right? I was even fined once. In most cases, it’s due to tight deadlines; there’s a need for speed as well as quality, and it’s hard to achieve perfection.
For level 3, is it just a matter of signing, or does one need to examine each level carefully? If you check each level carefully, there are very few mistakes.
Create a comprehensive form of your own, to properly categorize each piece of equipment and each unit~~
