Do packed towers have feeding and discharging at the middle of the packing?

As the title suggests, I’m not sure whether it’s because the diagrams aren’t ready yet or what else, but the feed seems to go straight through the filler, and the same is true for the output. I think this is incorrect; shouldn’t the feed and output occur in the separate sections within the filler?
Yes, it’s probably because of the draft version
It should be entered between the two sections of packing; it’s a PFD diagram, but it isn’t drawn with sufficient accuracy and detail.
