In our company’s coking gasoline and diesel hydrogenation unit, the high amount of coke powder present in the coking mixture leads to frequent hydrogenation backwashing, and the direct feed system has not been put into use. Which company has officially put the direct feed system for raw materials in the coking gasoline and diesel hydrogenation unit into use?
It is inevitable for coker gasoline and diesel to contain coke powder; the key is to determine whether silicon is also present
The silicon content is within the acceptable range; the main issue is too much coke dust.
Could we consider adding a filter and cleaning it regularly?

Ours doesn’t have it either, but there are ones that do it, seemingly by connecting two in parallel
