As the title suggests, dear colleagues, there are bolt holes on centrifugal compressors used to secure the guide vanes; due to manufacturing issues, these bolt holes are out of alignment； The solution provided by the manufacturer is to fasten with bolts and then weld, followed by working on a lathe ； Is this approach appropriate? What are the things to be mindful of, and what are the unreasonable aspects? ； Thank you!
