Help: How should this be designed?

A workshop produces 60 different products, each requiring distinct raw materials and equipment. If the design is based on one particular product, only a small number of pieces of equipment are needed; the client has also specified the manufacturing process for just one product. Yet, they still want to have all the equipment installed there. How should this be done? . . Thank you.
I was once involved in a catalyst project; there were n different types of materials, and the same equipment had to switch between these materials frequently, which made it very difficult to choose the appropriate equipment~

It is possible to continue communicating with the client and ask them to provide the most complex manufacturing process, after which appropriate equipment can be designed accordingly. All the devices can also be installed, and with valve control, it’s sufficient to open the valves when needed. However, this will result in higher equipment investment, and the client’s approval should still be obtained

There seems to be no universal solution; one can only consider processes that are similar. Utility systems and tanks can be minimized based on the production category. Of course, this requires someone who has a thorough understanding of all the processes in order to reduce the number of devices needed.
A multi-compartment layout is recommended, and the workshop should be large. Moreover, the labeling of raw materials and their storage must be strictly managed. In short, this is a stupid design.
A client like this wouldn’t even bother to deal with them; it’s impossible to do such a thing.
