For a typical carbon steel tube bundle heat exchanger, what is the heat resistance temperature of its tube bundle? At what temperature will the tube bundle be burned through? Thank you, extra points
What is the heat exchange medium in your heat exchanger? What temperature can be achieved? Why start considering the issue of leakage? If the temperature is too high, can a coating be applied?
It is heat exchange between flue gas at over 600 degrees and sulfur vapor at over 100 degrees; the temperature of the tube bundle can reach over 400 degrees. What does \"applying a coating\" mean? Thank you
Use TP321 material; carbon steel does tend to leak easily
The likelihood of choosing a chromium-molybdenum tube is relatively high.
S30408 stainless steel pipe will do. S31608, S31668, S31708, and S30409 are all acceptable; chromium-molybdenum tubes are not suitable.
If the temperature is high, using chromium-molybdenum heat-resistant heat exchange tubes is generally no problem!
