Help: Does anyone know of any good software for equipment maintenance and management?

I recently switched to a smaller company. Due to the discontinuous nature of production there, the company’s equipment does not have assigned identification numbers, and there are no process flow diagrams or control systems in place; as a result, the company’s management practices are relatively backward. The company’s software only provides functions for tracking inventory levels. I would like to ask those who are more experienced – is there any good free software available for equipment maintenance and repair?
Management control procedures can be established using database management in Office.
Start from scratch and establish a equipment management system in accordance with the standards. The Equipment Maintenance Management System V2.0 will certainly work, but it is rather cumbersome to use.

I’m not sure if it’s the 2.0 version you mentioned; the name is the same, but the interface doesn’t look good at all
