Do all accident emergency response plans need to be practiced? If we are to conduct drills, there are so many contingency plans that it’s impossible to handle them all. It’s not that no drills are carried out; it’s just unclear whether they will be effective in critical moments
Drills are conducted to train employees as well as to identify problems, including issues related to the employees’ competence and problems with the plans themselves, so that more targeted training can be provided or the plans can be further improved.
Emergency response plans all require drills
Failing to conduct drills is nothing but theoretical talk, meant only to satisfy inspections； From a responsible perspective, drills are necessary; through these drills, employees are trained and issues are identified, allowing for the correction of any shortcomings!
Emergency response plans for accidents all require drills. Drills do not necessarily have to involve actual rehearsals; tabletop simulations can also be used. The key is to ensure that employees know what to do and how to do it correctly in the event of an accident.
