The increase in steam consumption for methanol production is mainly caused by the following: after the operation of the dual-structure facility, some of the oxygen or gas generated by the C# air separation unit and the D# gasifier enters the methanol and synthetic ammonia systems. Therefore, when achieving an overall steam balance across the entire plant, it is necessary to allocate some steam to these two units, which results in an increased consumption of methanol steam
