Implement the higher-level guidelines, laws, regulations, policies, and systems related to work safety; under the leadership of the unit and the Work Safety Committee, be responsible for the management and supervision of safety within the enterprise. 2. Responsible for providing safety education and training to employees, as well as factory-level safety training for new employees joining the company ; Centralized management of the safety technical training and assessment for special operation personnel ; Organize various safety activities, run safety education rooms well, develop safety activity plans for work teams, and assess the participation of leaders. 3. Organize the formulation and revision of the enterprise’s safety and health management systems as well as safety technical regulations, prepare plans for safety technical measures, and supervise and inspect their implementation. 4. Conduct a comprehensive safety inspection. Implement the system for addressing potential accident hazards, assist and supervise relevant departments in formulating preventive measures for the identified hazards, and monitor the completion of the work to rectify these hazards. 5. Participate in the supervision of the \"three simultaneities\" principle for new construction, expansion, renovation, major repairs, and technical improvement projects, to ensure that they meet safety (occupational health) technical requirements. Inspect and urge relevant departments and units to carry out proper maintenance and management of safety and technical equipment. 6. Work together with the equipment management department to be responsible for the safety supervision of pressure vessels, pressure pipelines, and large-scale equipment. Responsible for the safety technology training and assessment of special types of work. 7. Conduct in-depth on-site inspections and supervision, urge and assist in resolving related safety issues, and correct illegal operations. In the event of an emergency that endangers safe production, the authority to order the suspension of operations exists, along with the obligation to report it immediately to the relevant supervisors. 8. Responsible for compiling and reporting on various types of accidents, in charge of investigating and handling incidents involving injuries or deaths, fires, and explosions; participates in the investigation, handling, and assessment of work-related injuries in cases reported to the head office; in the event of major accidents, organizes reports to be submitted to the head office. 9. In accordance with **relevant regulations**, be responsible for establishing standards for the distribution of labor protection supplies, health foods, and beverages for heat prevention, and supervise and inspect relevant departments to ensure that these items are distributed in a timely manner and used appropriately as required. 10. Responsible for evaluating the safety performance of various units within the company, and proposing recommendations regarding rewards or penalties for those who have made contributions to safe production or those responsible for accidents. In conjunction with trade unions and other relevant departments, serious efforts are made to carry out safety production competition activities, as well as to summarize and share advanced experiences in this area. Conduct research on safety technologies, and promote scientific research achievements in safe production, advanced technologies, as well as modern safety management methods.
