I have a question for all of you experts: how do I transport a material that is non-flowing, similar to a paste that results from mixing flour with water and which is not flowable.
Screw pumps should work. I’m not aware of the distance and conditions of your transportation. Conveyor belts can also be considered when there is no flow. First, you need to specify the properties of the material being transported, as well as the requirements regarding the transportation process.
Please try to describe the physical properties and process requirements in as much detail as possible. Is it flour mixed with water? What about the mixing ratio? For dough, a pump won’t work.
If it is indeed a slurry, it is recommended to use a screw extruder
It’s about the state of the slurry; it looks a bit like ketchup. The transportation distance is a few meters, and there is no requirement regarding head pressure

Using a screw pump might be a better choice
The best option is a single-screw pump. Or a peristaltic pump; for dry materials such as flour, that would be a different type of conveying equipment
