Adjustment of oil viscosity

As the title suggests, I would like to ask experienced colleagues which chemical products can be used to reduce the viscosity of oils and improve their flowability – ideally ones that are both effective and inexpensive. Thank you!
For this kind of question, one should ask the oil tuning engineer; they should be able to understand it.

What type of oil do you have, and by how much does the viscosity need to be reduced?
Wire-drawing oil, with a viscosity of around 20. I’d like to improve liquidity or reduce viscosity a bit
