After the catalyst is pre-sulfurized to achieve a high liquid level, it needs to be wetted for 2 hours. What does that mean and what is the purpose of it?
First, the powder and other debris generated during the catalyst loading process are carried to the back route to clean the bed layer. Second, it ensures the catalyst is fully wetted to guarantee the sulfidation effect.
