During production and type testing, technicians will configure the appropriate devices and settings for the user; many of these elements cannot be altered or modified by the user at will. Attempting to make such changes without authorization can very likely cause problems with the crane, affecting its functionality. Users are not allowed to modify the relevant parameter settings on the crane at will, especially the preset parameters of electrical components such as motors or frequency converters – parameters like base frequency, upper frequency limit, maximum frequency, lower frequency limit, rated current, braking time, and so on. If there are problems with the relevant components of the crane and it is necessary to adjust or modify the preset parameters of its electrical components, this should be left to professional technicians. Users must not adjust the positions or gaps of various valves on the crane without permission; for example, the position of the relief valve in the hydraulic system must not be changed arbitrarily, as this can easily lead to problems such as pressure control failures, thereby affecting the operation of the crane. Therefore, debugging and related tasks in these areas should be carried out by professional technicians, to prevent unnecessary problems arising from unauthorized modifications.
