High-voltage switchgear and low-voltage switchgear are both power supply and distribution cabinets. Generally, a supply voltage of 3000 volts or more (including 3000 V) is classified as high voltage ; A supply voltage of 380 volts and 220 volts or less is considered low voltage. All cabinets that contain switchgear for power supply (high and low voltage switchgear), electrical drive equipment (equipment drive cabinets), automation control equipment (automation cabinets), instrument control equipment (instrument cabinets), as well as various electrical components, are collectively referred to as distribution cabinets.

Isn’t it only voltages below 400V that are considered low voltage? Hehe, I’m still more familiar with units expressed in letters, like 3KV, hehe!
The high- and low-voltage classification mentioned above is merely a common term used in daily power supply work. It’s not a strict definition.
Above 1000V is considered high voltage, while below that is low voltage. High-voltage cabinets are high-voltage devices used for high-voltage power distribution, while low-voltage cabinets house low-voltage components. The high voltage supplied from the high-voltage cabinet is transformed into low voltage by a step-down transformer; this low voltage is then fed into the low-voltage cabinet to supply power to the low-voltage equipment.
