To be more specific, both of Jinmei’s companies do use space furnaces. I heard it’s pretty good!
In comparison, space furnaces have better adaptability to different coal types than Shell furnaces, especially for those with high ash, sulfur, and calorific value content. They are also simpler to operate and maintain, and easier to service over long periods of time.
