How can coke catch fire quickly to be used as household charcoal?

However, the problem is that it’s difficult to get the coke to catch fire. We’ve tried various methods, including purchasing potassium permanganate and other combustion aids from the chemical market, but with little success. Do any of you have any good suggestions on how to make the coke catch fire more easily? Thank you again!
Which factory do you guys work for? Why are the days so hard? Why doesn’t the factory try to install a gasification unit? Doing this is not only a waste, but it also creates a vicious cycle! We still need to find ways to upgrade and transform the industry in order to survive! !

The person who posted this is already trying to live frugally by cutting costs tightly – do you think they have the capacity to make such decisions?
