As the title asks, are branch pipe seats the same as reinforced pipe fittings?

I understand that branch pipe supports refer to Olet-type fittings, such as butt-welded branch pipe supports and socket-welded branch pipe supports, etc. And the reinforcing pipe joint should be a Half Coupling, that is, a half pipe joint.
