What do the valve core materials SUS316/SF SUS316/SS mean?
SS and SF are types of heat treatment methods, and valves subjected to each of these treatments have different temperature resistance
SUS is a Japanese grade, while 316 is an American ASTM grade; together, SUS316 refers to forged steel in rod form. SF doesn’t know what it means.
SF is a type of heat treatment, and valves have different temperature tolerances depending on the treatment method used
SS: Partial surfacing with Stellite alloy; SF: Full surfacing with Stellite alloy
