The viewfinder glass is broken. What’s the reason?

There is a device equipped with viewports, and the glass of one of those viewports is broken. About 5 to 6 of the sight glass panes are broken. It’s not clear what the reason is. Everyone, please help me analyze it so I can make improvements.

Operating conditions: Fermentation broth, temperature ~120°C, pressure ~0.8 MPa. Equipped with a stirring device, rotating speed of 25–30 revolutions per minute.

It seems to be related to temperature or the medium; I’ve never encountered such a medium. It’s best to attach a photo of the window material, so everyone can help analyze the reason. And are window breaks also caused by the same equipment and the same medium?

Did the new sight glass break, or was it one that had been in use for a long time that broke? Has the mirror area been moved recently? Apart from the medium operating conditions, I also agree with what was said above regarding the problem with the tightness of the bolts on the sight glass
