Recently, the zero potential of the electrolyzer has been fluctuating frequently and instantly. The wiring has been checked and found to be in good condition, and no adjustments have been made to any of the electrolyzer’s operational parameters. This situation is rare; check the liquid flow rate in the outlet hose and the condition of the liquid inside the inlet hose, as well as measure the voltage across the diaphragm. One or several diaphragms may be leaking, but these issues can all be detected quite easily.
The zero potential merely fluctuates momentarily before returning to normal
This situation indicates that a wire end is not in proper contact
I checked it carefully today and found that the zero potential fluctuates along with the pressure difference fluctuations
What are the ranges of pressure difference and zero potential fluctuation?
Currently, in the statistical analysis, it can be observed from the curve that when the pressure difference fluctuates greatly, the zero potential also starts to fluctuate; when the pressure difference fluctuates little, the zero potential remains stable. The results of the statistical analysis will be shared with everyone once they are available.
Current analysis of the relevant data shows that EDIZA experiences significant fluctuations during and after current adjustment changes, during the system adjustment phase.
A recent inspection revealed poor contact in the potentiometer variable resistor; we are now looking for a replacement part to install and will monitor the situation afterward.
After maintaining the variable resistor for adjusting the zero potential, there are basically no more alarms now.
