The lowest temperature at one end of the valve is 50°C, while the highest temperature at the other end is 300°C. If there is a temperature difference between these two ends, it is said that stress will be generated, which can cause the valve to fail to open. Where is such a separation line? If the valve is closed, high-temperature heat conduction will heat the valve. If it’s turned on, then the problem mentioned by the original poster doesn’t exist at all.
How can there be such a large temperature difference? What are the process conditions?
Under normal circumstances, there shouldn’t be such a large temperature difference; this situation can only occur at one end during the heating process, for a certain period of time.
Could you show us a diagram of the valve’s structure? Could it be that the thermal insulation layer has such low heat conductivity, resulting in such a large temperature difference?
