Currently, gasification projects are becoming larger and larger, and the gasification systems are also becoming more advanced. From the initial fixed (mobile) furnaces to the subsequent fluidized beds, and then to the current gas-flow furnaces, the role of the ash-water system in these systems is self-evident. However, the market situation for graywater treatment is rarely analyzed, and it is also seldom mentioned in many books on coal gasification and coal chemical engineering. Greywater systems are difficult to treat due to their high temperature, high turbidity, and other characteristics. There are also significant differences among various companies in terms of their pollution emissions and the frequency of vehicle washing. I want to conduct a survey in this area, and I hope fellow sailors can help out. If you are a coal chemical enterprise, we would appreciate it if you could provide some basic details about your plant: the type of gasifier, pressure, gas production volume, amount of ash and water recycled, waste discharge volume, shutdown and cleaning cycle, sludge dewatering rate; it would also be useful to know the amounts of dispersant and flocculant used (in KG per day).
