Are there anyone who has experience in maintaining online analysis instruments in chemical plants? I’d like to ask what the prospects are for working in this field
Your future depends on your skills. Our online meters are very inaccurate. Instrument maintenance simply involves replacing the reagents, and it seems to require no technical expertise. I don’t know much about it; anyway, they do this every time. After calibration, wait for 20 minutes; you can check the value yourself, but you don’t know whether it’s accurate or not. It is also impossible to provide a detailed explanation regarding the piping issues in on-site online analysis and how they lead to inaccuracies in real time. The only solution is to recalibrate. If you can learn more in depth, understand the reasons for inaccuracies, and know how to deal with them. I will share my own views on the rationality of the piping.
