First, remove the end cover. Then rotate the pulley to align the nut of the crosshead with the window, loosen the nut, and use pipe wrenches to pull out the rod. Next, rotate the pulley again to push the rod out (shims can be used for this purpose), then pull it out through the end cover. Finally, tilt the crosshead and remove it from the window, doing so at a fixed angle.

Use a jack to lift the flywheel, stretching the piston rod and loosening the threads. Also, for compressors using Shen gas, the pressure of the compressed gas is generally 150 MPa. The data on the fourth floor is incorrect; if it’s too high, permanent deformation will occur, and in that case the only option will be to demolish it. Don’t ask why; talking about it makes me cry...
