What should be included in the process package provided by domestic project owners?

Regarding the process package provided by the owner, we also need to enhance communication with them.

That’s what they say. But times have changed... These days, design firms will create bags no matter how poor in quality they are. Because no matter how poor the process package is, it forces designers to use more of their brains, work extra hours, or even extend the design time if necessary. When there’s a place to fill in the hours worked, the boss sneers~~
It is correct to follow the provisions of the standard process package, but there may be differences in practice; however, it is sufficient as long as the most basic and essential requirements of the engineering design are met!
