The factory uses Zhejiang University’s Zhongkong DCS system. There is a minor issue with one of the single-loop controls: after operating for a while, it switches from automatic control to manual control. Could someone tell me why this happens?

It’s likely a PID setting issue; adjust the PID parameters, especially the integral and proportional terms – generally, the integral effect should not be too strong
Generally, it automatically switches to manual mode once the limit is exceeded. Check the logic and it will be clear. If nothing else works, look at historical trends.
